Motive Interiors in Hythe provides a design, manufacturing and installation service based on the three Motives of Design, Function and Value. We have designed and manufactured unique interiors for over 25 years all manufactured by local craftsmen . Director Mike Middlebrook, trained as an architect and originally carried out commercial fit out projects from small independents like H Wald & Co estate agents to large companies such as SAGA. Over the last few years Mike has concentrated more on private domestic clients mostly in Hythe and surrounding areas.
Increasingly popular are prefabricated timber ‘garden cottages’ which come fully fitted and furnished . These are particularly popular as accomodation for grandparents and can be quickly installed fully furnished in the family garden within 3-4 months. You can either choose the interior from our range of layouts and finishes or we can design something completely unique for you.
We then take care of everything from Building regulatons, site erection, main services, to the final interior fitting and furnishing.
I never forget the 3 main motives of Design Function and Value for all of my clients, providing them with a unique design which is also practical and within their budget .
